Simultaneous, performed according to the order specified
by draw procedure (for 2 days).


ROUTE
Circular route of 2.3 km.
There can be only two CBRN reconnaissance vehicles
on the route at the same time.
CONDITIONS

Each crew to run 3 laps:
1. At the "Radiation" marking on the first lap the crew commander halts a vehicle and orders the CBRN reconnaissance crewmember to search for radioactive sources on the terrain. The CBRN reconnaissance crewmember uses a special device and reports to the crew commander when the task is accomplished. After the crew commander's order the CBRN reconnaissance vehicle can move on.
2. At the "Poison" marking on the second lap the crew commander halts a vehicle and orders the CBRN reconnaissance crewmember to take water samples from a well, contaminated soil or vegetation. CBRN reconnaissance crewmember reports to the crew commander when the task is accomplished.
3. At the "Decontamination" marking on the third lap the crew commander halts a vehicle and orders the crew to conduct decontamination of a shield installation covered with aqueous emulsion paint. The decontamination is completed after the paint is totally removed from the shield.

CONTDITIONS
The route is equipped with the same obstacles as the ones of the first stage.
When the last crew member of the first run crosses the finish line, the crew commander passes the relay baton to the second crew of the team of the country-participant. The second crew drives to the site where the first crew has left a recon chemical vehicle, overcome the obstacles in the same order and passes the relay baton to the third crew of the team. The third crew follows the same route as the first and second ones and finishes.
The overall time of the crew drive starts with the command of the Head of the Jury of the competition from the moment a vehicle moves off till the last member of the third crew crosses the finish line.

PENALTIES

  • if the target has more than 10 hits, the Judging panel decides to reduce the most important points for the number of exceeding hits
  • in case of a round skew from a member of the crew during the shooting of the first section, the results of the exercise of the entire crew are annulled and they are given the opportunity to re-shoot on the section, 10 points will be penalized for each case
  • if there was a round skew from a member of the crew during the shooting of the second section, the result of the exercise of this member of the crew is annulled and he/she is given the opportunity to re-shoot



  • For tripping-over on the each landmine during the overcoming passage in the mine obstacle
  • For each touchdown of agile dolly block of generously proportioned tunnel
  • In case of reversing during obstacle crossing

  • Road out of APC behind limiting dimension of the route
  • For falling from the simulation device of the tread way bridge (road out from the bridge even just one wheel)
  • For each overthrow restricted pillars
  • For loss of armament, uniform or equipment
  • For breaching terms of overcoming fire assault obstacle

  • Radioactivity emitter is not found, each poisonous substance is not designated
  • In case of breaking sample-taking procedures or the sample is non-identified or each packed incorrectly
  • In case of breaking first aid procedures
  • 2 or more participants on the same fire assault course
  • Non-overcoming an obstacle

  • For beginning of the movement without signal of the Jury the vehicle must come back to the start point and the movement starts again by the signal of the Jury, if the beginning of movement without the signal recapitulates, the team participates later in the other turning with penalty time.
  • In case of road out of an APC a crew is given 30 seconds to come back to the route, if the crew cannot do it the time is stopped, a retriever is called to evacuate the APC to the scratch line and the race start from the beginning with time penalty.
  • Loss of the relay baton.


  • Road circuit
  • Breaking security rules (movement with open hatch, taking samples or reconnaissance conducting without individual protection equipment).


  • For each road circuit of station of radiological reconnaissance, special handing
  • For intentional drive-through of more than two grounds - disqualification of the team
  • Providing assistance on the fire assault course is allowed only on the section from two-story building to finish line.
RESULTS
Winners and the awardees of the competition are chosen by the jury based on the total points received by the participants for all the stages of the contest.

The best time set by the participants at each stage is registered as the best result of the team. The winning team should demonstrate the best times which are the shortest time periods spent on each task including the penalty times for breaking the rules or requirements of the competition.

Jury members decide on the winners according to their performance at each stage of the contest (the total points include stage points and penalty time for breaking the rules or exceeding the time limit), and in case of a tie, the second stage of the competition (relay race) is considered a tie-breaking criteria.

The overall results for the three stages of the competition are finalized in a protocol which is signed by the jury and approved by the chief umpire of the competition. The scores are later announced to the participating countries
