Starts are conducted in a closed 50-meter pool

EQUIPMENT: Type B

ELEMENT 1
Prior to the start standby diver lowers
masks, equipment and diver's flippers to
the bottom of the pool. Under command to
start working divers dive from a banking
board to the bottom of the pool. They dress
necessary equipment at the depth of 5 m.
ELEMENT 2
Both team members shall swim through
the rings on set-on weights of different
heights without violating referees' structures.
After swimming they shall go to the
red line (25 meters at "free diving»).
ELEMENT 3
Working divers return to the pool's banking
board, where a standby diver is located,
breathing from a regulator (hookah). The
finish is when all participants come to the
surface and upon team captain command.
UNDERWATER FIGHT IN FLIPPERS
«AKVATLON»
EQUIPMENT: Diving set №1

GOAL: To dive through the hoops in 6 seconds and then to tear off the ribbon from the
opponent's leg.
CONDITIONS: The fight consists of 3 rounds, 30 seconds each. Break between rounds is 1 minute.
Those who didn't go through the hoop in 6 seconds, are defeated in this round, and their opponent gains flawless victory. If participant took a dive through his gate and having swum up to the opponent's gate, didn't let him in before 6 seconds from the start, he would be also gain a flawless victory. After passing through the gate, participants can break surface and fight there. During the fight, the participants are allowed to enter a clear zone. When emerging outside the clear zone, fight is interrupted and participants return to the center of the ring. If participant emerges with opponent's ribbon in the clear zone, he has to swim up to the ring rope and pass his hand with torn rope under the rope, showing it within the ring. If he manages to do that before the signal to end the round, he will gain a flawless victory in this round. If none of the participants gains a flawless victory in the round, the winner will be determined upon the decision by the majority of referees.

UNDERWATER ORIENTATION
WITH COMPASS
EQUIPMENT: Type B
GOAL: Competitors shall go from the starting buoy on route in the shape of «M» letter through each of 4 target buoys, guided only by compass.
Competitor designates the target buoy by releasing a signal red
buoy on the surface, and then proceeds to the next target buoy.
CONDITIONS: The number of participants — 1. Insuring diver is in a boat.
Exercise is carried out in the water with a control buoy without control from shore or boats (beeping or communication is prohibited). Diver should be accompanied by boat aside and in the back.
Breaking surface on the route is prohibited. Otherwise diver returns to the starting buoy and goes on the route again.
Exercise is accomplished when the entire route is passed and all four target buoys are detected in the right sequence.
OVERCOMING A WATER
ZONE OF OBSTACLES
EQUIPMENT: Type B
GOAL: Team sequentially overcomes obstacles established on the water.
CONDITIONS: The number of participants – 6. Uniform for the exercise — camouflage suit, sports shoes. Armament – AK-74 simulation device, cartridge bag with two cartridges for each participant.
The start and finish lines are located no closer than 3 meters from the first and the last obstacle, respectively. All participants start simultaneously. The finish is counted by the last member of the team. Penalty points are awarded for failure of the participants to assist to each other (in case of the apparent need) while overcoming the obstacles, the loss of items of the uniform, equipment and weapons.

EQUIPMENT: Type B

THE GOAL: In the water zone, in 20х20 m sector
marked by buoys, three items of different sizes with a diameter of 0.1-0.3 m are buried in the ground at a depth of 0.1-0.3 m. It is necessary to organize the search works with the help of a metal detector, put the identification buoys over all the items and return to the start position.

1. ENCLOSURE RESCUE EQUIPMENT
Enclosure rescue equipment is located 3
meters away from the start. A diver opens
the cubicle with a special key, connects
the hose to the fitting of ventilation air in
the correct sequence to open the purge
valves.
2. TORPEDO-TUBE
The torpedo-tube is located 3 meters away
from the start. It is necessary to open the
lid of hatch, pawn a deep-water pencil-case
inward, to close the lid of torpedo-tube,
produce a signal buoy. Exercise is considered
executed after arrival of diver to the place of
start, emerging of buoyancy from the cubicle
and wedging out signal buoy of rescue hatch
according to the produced requirements.
WORKS IN CLOSED SPACE
EQUIPMENT
Type A

1. PASSAGE OF OBSTRUCTION
A passage of closed compartment is obstructed. It is necessary to deblock the entrance. It is necessary to saw the deck in 4 segments of indicated length that are to be used during the passage through the compartment.
2. RAISING OF COLLAR
Using a collar, a rub strip under a collar is laid on the hole of pipeline by a collar and tightens him the keys with the purpose of subsequent serve of air on a highway.
3. REPAIR OF BROKEN PIPELINE SECTION
Using the 8 screws and 2 layings it is necessary to make two flange connections in the pipeline for further air delivery to the air cushion with the injured person.
4. PATCH SETTING
It is necessary to perform work on the installation of the patch on the hole in the line for ubsequent purge line.
5. RELEASING AND WITHDRAWAL OF INJURED
The passage to the air cushion is narrow. Using hydraulic instrument it is necessary to organize works to expand the passage and fix the construction using parts of the deck.
Hinged connection door is to be elevated and fixed with the judge clasp. When the air gets to the air cushion it is necessary to organize the release of the injured to the surface through closed compartment. The exercise is considered to be accomplished if all requirements are met.
WELDING AND CUTTING
EQUIPMENT
Type A

1. CUTTING
It is necessary to perform the work of cutting a predetermined length of the metal corner using a single electrode. The exercise is considered to be accomplished when the referees buoy appears on the surface.
2. WELDING
The diver performs the circle welding of 2 pipes made of 10 mm sheet steel type of low alloy structure for welded constructions in flat position with further sealability testing of the weld.
FIRST AID COMPETITION
UNTANGLING A DIVER IN EMERGENCY
EQUIPMENT: Type B

GOAL:
A driver with 20-meter rope passes through the control points marked by
buoys on the bottom and finds a diver in emergency. The diver has to cut the rope twice: before and after the tangled diver, tie both ends with a square knot, and bring the diver to the emergency stairwell.
RESUSCITATION OF THE DROWNED
EQUIPMENT: Type A

GOAL:

A victim is extracted ashore without vital sparks. It is necessary to conduct
reanimation actions. The victim comes in consciousness, and the signs of damage of bones of pelvis appear for him. The goal is to provide proper resuscitation and transport the drowned to the ambulance at 100 m distance.
PENALTIES
In case of violation of exercise rules and safety regulations the divers are warned, fined and disqualified for a period from one day till total disqualification. If two or more divers of the same team are disqualified the entire team is disqualified from further participation in the contest.
RESULTS
The winners are determined by the maximum amount of points by typing in the three stages of the contest. It the situation with the equal amount of points from one or more teams, the
advantage has the team with the best score in the second stage - the Contest for the implementation of underwater technical works.
AWARDING
Awarding of the winners of the contest is carried out:
1. In the individual championship – medals for first, second and third place.
2. In the team event – the cup for the first place of the Contest.
